My approach is supportive, collaborative, and centered around your individual needs. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. My work is influenced by a person-centered perspective, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and collaboration.

I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapies, helping you to better understand your experiences and develop practical ways to cope with challenges.

 

I also incorporate elements of mindfulness into my work. Having practiced mindfulness for over 8 years, I value its role in developing awareness, improving emotional regulation, and relating differently to thoughts and feelings.

Overall, my aim is to support you in gaining insight, building resilience, and moving towards a way of living that feels more aligned with your values.
